On today’s show, we talked about the 26 sexy Halloween costumes that shouldn’t exist, courtesy of Halloween and geek conventions have one awesome thing in common: They give women an excuse to wear outfits that their own sense of modesty and dignity would otherwise never allow them to leave the house in. Therefore, the costume industry struggles mightily to come up with a “sexy” version of every single costume ever made. The results cover the spectrum from laughable to downright terrifying.

Police search apartment of church shooting suspect – Police worked into the early morning hours Thursday, combing through the apartment of a man accused in the fatal shooting of a prayer leader at World Changers Church International in College Park. Floyd Palmer, 52, was arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with the fatal shooting of 39-year-old Greg McDowell.

Aimee Copeland makes return visit to UWG campus – Almost six months after her life-threatening accident, Aimee Copeland returned to the University of West Georgia Wednesday for the first time since her battle with a rare flesh-eating bacteria. Copeland was on campus as part of the university’s Disabilities Awareness Day.

EARLY VOTING– Nearly 3,800 Carroll County voters cast early ballots during the first week of advance voting for the Nov. 6 general election. Polls will again be open for advance voting this week, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on weekdays only at the Carroll County Elections Office, 423 College St. in Carrollton. A Saturday voting session will be held Oct. 27 when polls will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. During the final week of advance voting, Oct. 29 to Nov. 2, the elections office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Wolves Football  The West Georgia Wolves face West Texas A&M for the first time ever. The unknowns of this TV game will make for a great way to spend your evening.

Wolves Soccer Soccer will be home on Friday again West Florida.
