Sometimes cutting corners can cost you more in the long run or isn’t even worth it in the first place. It can lead to spending more money to correct a problem or the deal isn’t exactly what it seems.

Home of UGA QB Murray, linebacker ‘egged and rolled’– A house shared by Georgia quarterback Aaron Murray and senior linebacker Christian Robinson was “egged and rolled” Saturday, Robinson said on his Twitter account. Robinson believes the vandalism was a result of the Bulldogs’ 35-7 loss to South Carolina Saturday night.
Blaze destroys part of Carrollton flea market – Authorities are investigating the cause of a blaze that destroyed part of a flea market in Carrollton early Sunday. The fire started around 4:30 a.m. at the West Georgia Flea Market on Highway 27 , according to Carroll County Fire Chief Jimmy Bearden.

Wolves Football– The Valdosta State Blazers handed a tough loss to the West Georgia Wolves on Saturday afternoon, as the Wolves fell by a 42-7 count at University Stadium on Homecoming.
Wolves Soccer– went 1-1 on the Weekend with a 2-1 victory over Shorter and a 1-4 loss to Alabama-Huntsville who played unsportsmanlike according to Play-by-Play announcer Bob.
Wolves Volleyball– The lady volleyball team will look to avenge the soccer team as they face Alabama-Huntsville tomorrow in the Coliseum at 7pm
Georgia Bulldogs crash and burn – In a career of special moments, Steve Spurrier added another one in South Carolina’s 35-7 victory over fifth-ranked Georgia on Saturday night. Connor Shaw threw two touchdown passes and ran for another, while Ace Sanders had a dazzling 70-yard punt return touchdown as South Carolina’s defense dominated Georgia.
Georgia Tech Falls to Clemson– Tajh Boyd threw for a career high 397 yards in No. 15 Clemson’s 47-31 win over Georgia Tech on Saturday. It is the fourth time the Tigers (5-1, 2-1 Atlantic Coast Conference) have gained more than 500 yards this season.
Florida Beats L-S-Who– This was old-school football at its best, the kind of performance only Southeastern Conference loyalists could love. Mike Gillislee ran for a career-high 146 yards and two touchdowns, bringing the 10th-ranked Gators to life in the second half as they upended No. 4 LSU 14-6 on Saturday.
Atlanta Braves– Braves fans will forever remember October 5th 2012. And we will ALWAYS remember an infield fly rule. Braves Country said goodbye to Chipper Jones in the worst way possible with an error filled one game Wild Card Play-Off. The 6-3 loss to the Cardinals ended the Braves postseason dreams. Opening day will also be a Home Opener at Turner on April 1st 2013.
Atlanta Falcons– The Falcons improved to 5-0 for the first time in club history with Sunday’s 24-17 win at Washington. Atlanta started the 2004 and 1986 seasons 4-0 but had never started a season with five straight wins. They will face the Oakland Raiders this Sunday.
Saints Win…Finally: Saints quarterback Drew Brees broke Hall of Famer Johnny Unitas’ record, set from 1956 to 1960, by throwing a touchdown pass in his 48th straight game. Saints won their first game, defeating the San Diego Chargers 31-24.
Monday Night Football: Tonight’s MNF will see the undefeated Houston Texans take on the New York Jets at 8:30 p.m. kickoff.
Kenseth Wins At Talladega After Huge Last-Lap Crash- Daytona 500 winner Matt Kenseth won at the Talladega Superspeedway Sunday (October 7th) after a huge crash on the last lap took out 10 of the 12 Chase for the Sprint Cup title contenders.
Mila Kunis named Esquire’s sexiest woman alive– Esquire magazine has bestowed its magical title of Sexiest Woman Alive this year on Kunis, who dethrones last year’s honoree, Rihanna.
Former Private Practice Star Audra McDonald Marries– Audra McDonald is now a married woman! The former “Private Practice” star tied the knot with her longtime love, actor Will Swenson, on Saturday night.
Amber Tamblyn Weds David Cross– Another Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants star is off the market! Actress Amber Tamblyn, 29, married actor David Cross, 48, on Saturday. The longtime couple confirmed their engagement in August 2011 and is the first marriage for both.
Neeson doubles the take with $50M ‘Taken 2’ debut– Critics may not have liked “Taken 2,” but Liam Neeson’s action sequel has proved twice the hit among fans as the original movie was. “Taken 2” led the box office with $50 million domestically over opening weekend, according to studio estimates Sunday.
